As I wrap up and launch my last projects of the ye As I wrap up and launch my last projects of the year, I'm feeling that little extra buzz in the air and becoming increasingly excited for what is on the horizon for Studio La Luna.

Here's a little look into what will be launching very soon:

1. Studio La Luna 3.0 - a new website is coming! This redesign will be the third iteration since we launched and if I am honest, has taken a little longer than I would have liked - but it's been a very busy year, so I'll give myself a little grace on this one.

2. New services and website packages - I am rebuilding my services and packages from the ground up to cater for all service based business needs and budgets. If you're a skin clinic or launching an online course, I also have something extra special in the works for you.

3. New products and freebies - along with all my current freebies on my website, I'll be adding some fresh free new resources as well as some digital products to help you easily expand your website.

4. Charity partnership - it's time to start giving back to a cause that is close to my heart, so I am partnering with a domestic and family violence charity that helps to set up new homes for women and families who need refuge to rebuild their lives.

If you've been considering a website redesign with us, now is the time to book your project for next year at our current pricing. Email or send a DM if you would like access to our current website design packages.

Deciding to begin the journey of a new website or Deciding to begin the journey of a new website or redesign can often feel like an overwhelming task. When there's so many moving parts and elements to bring together, it's often hard to know where to even start.

I aim to make this process as easy as possible for clients...

☑ I don't weigh my clients down with long, unnecessary onboarding or research questions (who has the time for this?). Instead, I keep it short and sweet, capturing all the info I need in the easiest possible way.

☑ I use a very simple project management tool (that doesn't feel like you need a university degree to run). This app keeps everything we need in the one place and keeps track of our progress.

☑ But more importantly, I draw upon my many years of experience and skills to design and develop a website I know is going to work best for you and your business.

How do my clients feel about my process? Here's some recent feedback from the lovely Alyse at @anappleaday_nutrition

“Engaging with a web designer can feel overwhelming, but from the moment we first connected, Lillie made the process as easy as possible.

I was recommended to Lillie from someone I trust and from the moment we connected, I knew I’d be sent in the right direction. Lillie’s patience, attention to detail and support offered throughout the process was heads and shoulders above designers I’ve worked with in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lillie or Studio La Luna.”

Wouldn't it be nice? Simply telling a website to r Wouldn't it be nice? Simply telling a website to rank for your desired search term and like magic...it does?

Unfortunately it's not that simple, as much as we wish it was.

The truth is that so much more work goes into setting up a website for Google success and it's more than allocating your keyword to your website or web page.

One of the foundations of successful on page SEO, is strong copywriting. So if getting found in search results is part of your long term marketing strategy, then choosing a copywriter who is skilled and knowledgeable in SEO is critical in setting yourself up for search success.

What should an SEO copywriter be supplying? Here's a quick snapshot of what you can expect:

✅ First and foremost, copy that nails your messaging and tone of voice and is geared to convert. These days Google favours content that is helpful and engaging to your clients, not written solely for the purpose of pleasing the SEO gods.

✅ Keyword research - most SEO copywriters research the best search terms for your desired results.

✅ Meta title and meta description - that contain not only your keywords, but that summarise what you do or what the page is about and give readers a call to action.

✅ H1 page title - this is the first heading read on the page and should succinctly describe the page and contain your keyword.

✅ Optimised section headings - heading hierarchy structures that make sense and contain your keywords for not only SEO but accessibility too.

✅ Keyword density and synonyms - sprinkled through your copy where appropriate, that make sense and are not of place or context.

Remember, it's ok to ask your copywriter to provide more information about their SEO strategy and what they do specifically to optimise the copy because if you're in the process of building a brand new website, it pays to get your on page SEO right from the get go!

Nawww, these lovely words from Simone at @onespiri Nawww, these lovely words from Simone at @onespiritenergy are hitting me right in the Friday feels!

"Coming out of the dark & into the light is how I would describe working with the genius of Lillie Clark at Studio La Luna. Once I made the decision to upgrade my website, I found Lillie through a word of mouth referral. Lillie's processes, ease of communication, timely responses & a sense of good cheer were invaluable. My favourite part was our 15 minute chat understanding how she would intuitively plan & execute with ease the final design. Lillie also provided extra special treats along the way capturing the essence of my brand & bringing to life my spirit connection on the web".

Keep an eye out for Simone's brand new website design - launching very soon!
