Standard Support
UP TO 7 DAYS
Raising a standard support ticket is for existing Studio La Luna clients who have ad-hoc work or tasks to be completed on their website, but are happy to wait their turn in line.
BOOKING FEE: $70+GST
Booking fee includes the first 30mins, if project is estimated to run over an hour, an estimation will be provided first. All time over 30 mins will be charged at $140+gst per hour.

Priority Support
24 HOUR TURNAROUND
Raising a priority support ticket is for existing Studio La Luna clients who have an urgent task or require immediate technical assistance with their website.
BOOKING FEE: $140+GST
Booking fee includes the first 30mins, if project is estimated to run over an hour, an estimation will be provided first. All time over 30 mins will be charged at $140+gst per hour.
